Description
Our outdoor units are also powered by 3 AA 1.5Volt batteries but because normal Alkaline batteries do not perform or perform poorly at temperatures around or below 0°C, using standard Alkaline batteries in the outdoor units is not recommended.
For the outdoor unit, we therefore also recommend these Lithium batteries, which are designed to operate at a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
