The Alecto DVM71CAM is an additional camera designed to expand the Alecto DVM71 and DVM71BLACK video baby monitors. These baby monitors are supplied as standard with one parent unit and one baby unit (the camera). However, if you have multiple children, want to monitor different sleeping areas in your home or are looking for extra flexibility, an additional camera is the ideal solution. With the DVM71CAM, you can easily expand your baby monitor system and connect up to four cameras to a single parent unit.
Additional camera for multiple children or rooms
An additional camera offers a solution in many situations. Think of siblings who each have their own bedroom, a separate playroom or a location where your child regularly stays overnight and where you prefer to leave a fixed camera in place. The DVM71CAM allows you to clearly monitor multiple rooms without having to move the baby unit each time. As soon as one of the cameras detects sound, the image is automatically displayed on the parent unit.
Camera with elegant design and reliable quality
Great attention has also been paid to the design of the DVM71CAM. The camera has a modern, compact and discreet appearance, allowing it to blend seamlessly into any baby or children’s room. Behind the stylish design lies reliable Alecto quality. The camera delivers a clear image, even in the dark thanks to automatic night vision, and provides excellent image and sound quality.
- Secure connection: the camera uses a stable and interference-free connection, so you can always rely on a safe and private signal.
- Night vision: thanks to infrared technology, you have a clear view of your child even in the dark.
- Long range: up to 50 metres indoors and up to 300 metres outdoors, offering optimal freedom of movement in and around the house.
- Temperature sensor: easily monitor the room temperature via the parent unit.
- Adjustable microphone sensitivity: decide yourself at which sound level the camera becomes active.
- Lullabies and natural sounds: the camera features 8 soothing sounds to help your child relax.
Easy to use and ready for expansion straight away
The Alecto DVM71CAM is easy to pair with the parent unit of the DVM71 or DVM71BLACK and operates directly via the supplied power adapter. The camera can be manually adjusted, allowing you to always set the correct viewing angle. Thanks to its plug-and-play operation, you can quickly add the extra camera to your existing baby monitor system without any complicated installation.
Please note: compatibility
The Alecto DVM71CAM is exclusively compatible with the Alecto DVM71 and DVM71BLACK. This additional camera is not compatible with older models such as the DVM-71 and DVM71BK. Always check which baby monitor model you own before purchasing this additional camera.

Great value for money and very easy to set up. The monitor has a comfortable range indoors.
